Your Xray license extends to the entire size of your instance. To obtain a list of users, simply use the User Management Menu.

If you’re interested in knowing which pool of users uses Xray, there’s no specific setting for it. However, you can use your permissions schemes to determine which user is associated with an Xray Project. Alternatively, if you have role-based permissions with functional testing roles, you can utilize those permissions to identify users linked to an Xray Project.
