Unable to use free trial for Xray

1. Added the Xray app through the JIRA apps tab. 

2. Receiving error: "Error rendering Web Panel. Authentication request has expired. Try reloading the page."

3. We have not used Xray's free trial before.

Hi @lynette ,

that seems a temporary issue due to to authentication timeout.

I would suggest to reload the browser after you install the app and make sure you use a full refresh in the browser (using shift+F5).

Please don't forget to go over the initial configuration instructions as detailed here.

After adding the app, did you configure it?  Look at the app in the app manager, and there is a configure button you need to go into and set some things up.
