Tricentis Test Management: Unable to create test runs, delete/move

Dear,

We have setup a Team-managed project in JIRA and enabled to Tricentis Test Management application. I am a admin within our JIRA account as well as an admin of the project we created.

Our test scripts were loaded without issue in the Tricentis app but as of today we are unable to:

• turn the scripts into test runs
• delete the test scripts themselves
• move the test scripts to another folder

Looking at the Tricentis application log there seem to be some more clues:

When deleting:

When moving to a new folder:

But then on the other hand there are successful creation INFO messages in the log even though not a single test run is created.

Creating a new test run:
INFO 14.29.0  t-bridge-service { type: 'Custom UI', path: 'ConfigurationRoot/ResourceRouter/ConfigurationRootRoute/NotificationsManager/NewTestRunModal', message: 'Successfully created Test Runs in cycle [my_cycle_id], from the selected Test Cases',

Would anyone have experienced something similar using the Tricentis test app for JIRA?
