Hi everyone,
I made a structure report to visualize the time in status of issues, but when I'm trying to display the structure with the jira dashboard widget is failing to load the views and it doesn't let me display it without the view, below an image of the issue, I already tried with another browser and adding public view permission to the structure.
Thanks.
Welcome to the community. Since Structure is a separate 3 third party add-on, I would recommend you to contact Tempo (vendor) for further technical support on this problem.
Hope this also helps.
Best, Joseph Chung Yin

Hi There, if this doesn't stretch to what you need/require I can recommend eazyBI and have been using for a couple of years, there lots of standard content for time related measures/reports.
Along with many standard reports like this, I've built a full GANTT project plan with milestones, planned and actual costs, saves a ton of time and you can publish to project dashboards.
I'm surprised at flexible it is, and the time spent getting it to this point has paid off big time.

I tried, and I like Eazy BI, but our data is huge, and it takes forever to load and make small changes in the table. We wanted to use mainly Jira built-in features but it's not possible to track time in status with the built in features, besides creating custom fields for the steps of the workflow and using automation, but that's a pain in the neck since we are using the SDLC as a workflow and creating so many custom fields and keeping track on updating them and the automations every time we make a change it's not efficient. Structure offers a good time on status report and the app is really fast.
