Structure Dates field update

Hi team,

I have 2 fields in my Jira project, target start and target end.

When I navigate to structure >> click on my issue >> click on structure.gantt from available options >> edit Target start and Target end date fields in structure.gantt, I am getting attached error.

Target start and Target end fields are added in all screens i.e., create, view and edit screens.

Just while updating on structure.gantt I am getting attached error.

Please check if the field can be edited on the Issue Page or not. If it can be - submit a support request at our portal, and we'll investigate what is causing the error.

The error message you see is not related to the field not being on the right screen; there is likely some other restriction that doesn't allow this field to be updated. Please check that you can update the field manually on the Issue Page without this error. If you can and the newly set value correctly appears on the Issue Page, then an investigation would be required to be able to understand what is causing the error.
