ScriptRunner Portfolio functions - will a background reindex suffice?

So I ask this more from hope than expectation. We prefer a background reindex.

Hi Darren.

I'm sorry, but I have to crush your hopes here. Our functions are based on an index that we build after a full reindex. If these indexes are not up to date, you will not get the information that you seek.

Plan out a weekend for a full reindex in order to benefit from these functions.
