PluginSettingsFactory alternative

Hi, I'm trying to re-write my plugin to support Jira Datacenter 10.3.x.

I'm using PluginSettingsFactory to get the plugin settings data. But it looks to not be able to resolve the dep. Is there any article for how to do this in new Atlassian SDK version?

I want to use it inside a servlet.
