Hi Community,

I am using Structure to manage all our Xray Tests. Is it possible to extend the structure with all Test Runs of the Xray Tests? The Xray Extender is not helpful in this case.

Thanks in advance for any idea.

Regards

Lars

Hello @Lars Hartmann

The extenders can only add sub-issues underneath existing issues in the structure. If Tests are a part of Test Run type issues, you can add both by first adding the test Runs with the Insert generators and then adding Tests with the Xray extender.

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance or if you have other questions about Structure, please reach out to us directly at our support portal.

Thank you @Stepan Kholodov _Tempo_
In a separate structure we use this already. There we manage Test Plan > Test Execution > Test. But in this particular structure I want to see the corresponding Test Runs of a Xray Test (Test > all exeting Test Runs). I guess this is not possible, right?

In this case, the hierarchy can't be built from the bottom level to the top. But if your goal is to only see Test Runs that are connected to Tests, you can:

1.Add all Test Runs
2. Extend them with Tests
3. Add a Filter to only keep Tests in the structure. Since Tests can't be shown without their parent Test Runs, only Test Runs without Tests underneath them will be removed.

Best regards,
Stepan
