In a calculated column of a Structure, how can I get a field of an Issue, from other Issue through its property "Parent link"?

If you mean the following scenario: you only have a child issue in the structure and you want to extract a value from its parent issue, then it's not possible at the moment - the Formula column doesn't have this functionality. It might be implemented in Structure for Data Center in the future.

At this time, you can extract the field's value using the regular aggregate function parent{field_name} if both issues are present in the structure. You can add the parent issue first and then add its child under it using the Child Issues Extend generator.
