Is Create Look up Table avalable in Jira v9.4.15 ?

I am using Jira v9.4.15 and I can't see "Create look up table".

I need to store internally the information of a first look up, because I want to send an email with the information of two look ups.

With simple variables all the issues goes to the same cell, not OK, coming from {} Create Variables.
