I want to automatical fill in the field teams with the team name, when I create an new story? How

I am able to write the automation for create a new story and filling the fields Fix Version(s) and Comment but the team field is a Rest API customfield. So I tried it with the json {"fields": { "customfield_12345": "My teamname"}} with the real cusomfield and the real name but the field is still empty by creating an new story. 

Something went wrong. What should I do best?
