thanks in advance to whomever came here and paid attention to this inquiry.
So my company is using JSM to take on the issues requested via Jira Customer Portal,
and suddenly faced a critical problem on Customer Portal.
I am using Scriptrunner, and the fields that should be filled in automatically (data called from DB, default value settings, conditionally set, etc.) are not working as it should.
Funny thing is that for most of the users, it works fine, and it only happens to some random users.
One day it happened to two users, then spread to other users, idk if that is even possible, but that's what we think. Now, a lot of users are not able to request because of this.
Has anyone bumped into this sort of problem?
Or, if anyone has suggestions/ solutions for this, please help...

I would check if fields are working on Jira forms before Portal forms. The other option is to check possible interference from existing Scriptrunner behaviors.

Since it is the ScriptRunner fields that are not working as you desire, I suggest you contact the vendor directly for their support.
