Cannot find my filter in the XRay Gadgets

I want to create some dashboards for Test Reports using the gadgets created by Idera. I need to configure the gadgets based on Saved filters. When I try to write the name of my filter, it doesn't show it and there is no Advanced Search displayed either. There are more than 2000 filters and it only shows the first 50 results. 

I tried searching for my filter exact name in the Filters page, but it doesn't seem to work either, as I see all previous filters as well, ordered alphabetically.

Does anyone know why this is happening and if there is any option to get to my filter? I think my only option would be to change the names so that my filters would be in the top 50.

Welcome to the community!

The expected behaviour should be that while entering the name of the filter the list would be narrowed down to the exact name/filter you're looking for.

If that's not the case, I would strongly suggest you to reach out to our support team for assistance so we can document and assist.

Thank you for all the information and for the support url. I will look again on the widgets and open a support ticket if I'll still not be able to search for a filter.
