Hi There,

 

I'd recommend starting with the usual steps (clear your cache, disable any extensions, try a different browser) - if that fails, it might be worth reaching out to your administrator so that they can investigate the Tempo and JIRA configurations, or contacting Tempo support

I would check with your Tempo admin. This looks like something related to permissions.
