Tempo Account - Revenue, Time& Expenses

I am new to tempo.. We have Tempo Timesheets add-on. 

I have configured tempo Accounts along with customers, categories and Also configured the price table for team roles. 

Even after filling the billed hours, Both Revenue and Time&Expenses Panels were empty, Is there any thing I missed ?

or it is a known behavior ? Please help me to use Revenue and Time&Expenses.

 

Do we need Tempo Budgets to use those 2 options ? please confirm!

Hi Madhu,

 

For the information to appear in the accounts reports, time and expense and revenue, you need to link the accounts not only to the projects, but to the issues themselves. This is because one account can be linked to many projects, and one project can be linked to many accounts. Please, find below two documents that will help you understand better how to use the accounts and get the information you need:
