This challenge inspired us to create Sparqly, a Jira app designed to bring feedback directly into your team’s daily work. Sparqly streamlines feedback collection, tracking, and management, empowering HR teams to make feedback a natural, seamless part of their organization.

Sparqly took shape as part of Atlassian’s Codegeist Hackathon. Usually, we’re busy enhancing Jira workflows with custom fields, but this time, we couldn’t resist diving into a new challenge. That’s why we set out to solve a real-world problem in just a few weeks.

Building on Atlassian Forge and integrating Rovo AI brought exciting opportunities and challenges. From brainstorming ideas to filming our demo video, the journey was a testament to what teams can achieve when they collaborate, innovate, and embrace new technologies.
