I’m Monica Tsui, a designer working within the Ecosystem team at Atlassian.
If you’re an admin who reviews and updates apps as part of their work, we’re interested to hear about your experience! We’re currently exploring how to improve the app update experience and want to get your feedback.
What’s involved in the research:

Sessions are 45 minutes and conducted over video-conference, so you can participate from anywhere around the globe.

During the research, we'll start with a general chat to get to know you and ask a series of questions to understand your painpoints and needs around reviewing and updating apps for your organisation site

As a token of our appreciation, you'll receive an e-gift card worth $100 USD within 5 business days of completing your session.
