New Test Cases Unable to Be Added to the Ongoing Test Cycle

 I have been having this issue off and on for some time, and my direct Supervisor is unable to add them either. When I am creating these new test cases, they are visible under Test Cases in Zephyr Scale (sometimes not initially and requires some page refreshing), but when the desired Test Cycle is selected to edit, it is not showing the recently added Test Cases. When I deselect 'Exclude test cases that have been added' and select 'Add others', it still does not show any of the previously added of the Test Cases to the Test Cycle. Why are these recently added Test Cases disappearing from the Add existing Test Case list? They are all attached to the same group. The Test Cases can be added directly to the Issue but not added to the current Test Cycle. Has anyone had this issue before?
