This is a pretty good tool. 

I am having issues at the moment thought when pulling users. it pulls all users except the JIRA internal Directory users. It is finding all my AD users no problem but the Internal users seem to not show up in the filter and export nor the .xls export.

Hi Charles, 

Can you please update to the latest version and check if you see in the Directory column "External" and "Internal" values. If you still have the problem, send me more information (Jira Version, How Many LDAP directories do you have, ... ) and i will check that out. I was looking to solve this functionality, install this app, but the whole state table like: Never Login, Inactive, etc, reports zero users in all cases. My Installation is on Jira Server, version v8.3.3, Ms Active Directory / Jira database in SQL Server
