Our team uses Confluence and tries to keep it updated, structured, and dynamic with the help of native features with our Handy Macros for Confluence app. One way to facilitate centralized and collaborative Confluence space is using Handy Status and Handy Date with labels, Page Properties, and Page Properties report. As both statuses and dates can be directly updated in the view mode and synchronized with PP, PPR, and labels for quick search, it ensures consistency and structure across multiple pages.
Seamless communication and collaboration are critical to a team’s success; thus, a tool for that is as important as communication and cooperation. I’ve heard a lot of love-hate opinions regarding Jira Software, but this is the tool we use and like for teamwork for new features, backlog, support requests, etc. What I like about the Jira Software is that each team can customize how their projects look, and ready-to-go templates are also great (especially on Cloud). Bugfixes, new features, and backlogs often come with plenty of attachments. To mitigate random file names, categorizing and grouping attachments with our Smart Attachments app comes in handy and saves time for looking into some Jira issues in more detail.
