I work closely with the product development and sales teams to align our marketing strategies with our product goals and customer needs.
Atlassian: How does your team come up with ideas for new apps?
Mihajlo: We come up with new app ideas by listening to customer feedback, analyzing market trends, and conducting regular brainstorming sessions within our team. We also keep a close eye on industry developments and continuously gather insights from our partners and users to identify unmet needs and opportunities for innovation.
Atlassian: What do you think has been the secret to your success so far?

Additionally, our strong team culture and commitment to collaboration have been crucial in driving our success.
Atlassian: What is your most popular app? What problem were you trying to solve for customers when you created it?
Mihajlo: Our most popular app is Archy AI Assistant. We created Archy to address the common challenges faced by Product Managers and agile teams within the JIRA environment. Many teams struggle with managing backlogs, ensuring clear communication and maintaining productivity. Archy leverages AI to automate backlog item creation, provide actionable insights and enhance overall productivity and clarity. By solving these pain points, Archy helps teams work more efficiently and deliver higher quality products.
