Jira Extension for Google sheets ignoring a record

I have a number of google sheets retrieving data from multiple Jira projects, all working well. 

However a single record on a single project is being ignored. 

The same transfer collects all the other worklog entries for the same user, both earlier and later than the record in question. I've run this both manually and as a scheduled transfer, with the same result.

Anyone have any ideas or seen anything similar?

We will try removing the log entry and recreating it to see if this fixes the issues, however this often not possible in my company due to worklog policies. We have seen this particular omission by chance and I am concerned that it is a more widespread issue.

Yes, if you search for posts in here about Jira Cloud for Sheets, you'll see many instances of it not working for folks as intended. (See below.)

To add context, Atlassian said it would stop supporting Jira Cloud for Sheets a couple of years ago. A lot of people complained. And so while they didn't deprecate the app, it hasn't been updated in a while. Therefore, it's not uncommon to run into odd issues like the one you're describing. 

There are other free options to get your data into a spreadsheet. One such option (disclaimer: I work here) is Visor. We're a Jira spreadsheet that supports Jira nesting, imports dropdown choices, and has a two-way Jira sync. Very easy to share data with other folks like you can with Google Sheets.
