Configure Such as Reply to All from outlook Should add a comment on the ticket.

I have added Comment on the existing issue through outlook. 

After I added a comment, that existing issue is displaying on the sidebar. It's very good. 

 

But when I reply on that email it is not adding as a comment on the ticket. ( As Mail handler email is not involved on the ticket ).

It will be very good if the reply will adds a comment on the existing ticket.

Could you please help me if there is any related config that I can achieve my requirement.
