ChatGPT and JIRA integration for research.

I would like to know is it possible to integrate ChatGPT & JIRA? especially for a use-case where the non english project requirement project epic or the task or subtask can we automatically converted into English.  

We are doing this for grad school project. Please let us know are there any possibilities to achieve this using RES API's
