[Big Picture] [Resource Management] Fill in original estimate and logwork to use?

Hi everyone,

I was a bit confused when I first used the Resource Management feature on Big Picture.
To calculate capacity, I need to fill in an original estimate and my members must logwork?
Do I need to fill (start date - end date) or (create date-due date)?

Do you refer to Team or Individual Resource Capacity?

The capacity of your resources is calculated based on Workload Plans and non-working days resulting from Holiday Plans and individual Absence Plans.

However, the formula of Team capacity is just a sum of the individual capacities of team members.
