AM not able to assign Big Gantt product to users

You can grant users "Permissions for Everyone" in BigGantt Configuration >> Security section.
However, you prefer to customize Security roles, please enable "Default Roles," which you can configure in the App Administration or for selected Boxes in the Box configuration.
