I'm starting this discussion because last summer, Atlassian announced they planned to deprecate Jira Cloud for Sheets. The decision was reversed a few days later after much outcry from users.
I'm using Jira Cloud for Sheets to do some reporting today, and a little survey popped up in the "Get issues from Jira" window after my data import finished.
The question basically said "How would you feel if we stopped supporting Jira Cloud for Sheets?" I chose "Extremely Disappointed" for my answer - because I would be! We reply heavily on Jira Cloud for Sheets for several critical business processes.
This little survey makes me worry that Atlassian is re-considering deprecation.
So this post is just me making my voice heard a second time:
ATLASSIAN!
DO NOT GET RID OF JIRA CLOUD FOR SHEETS!!
UNLESS YOU ALSO PROVIDE A SUITABLE REPLACEMENT!!!
