Hi @Kelsey Van Scoy

Here are a few of my favorite ITSM apps:

Extension for Jira Service Management

  • Restrict visibility for portals, fields, request types to groups (DC)

Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards

  • Slice & dice real-time data in Jira dashboards
  • Apply quick filters

Tempo Software

My favorite ITSM app is Scroll Viewport for Confluence

Wait ITSM + Confluence? Do those even go together!?

Of course they do. Being able to provide documentation to end-users and customers that lives in Confluence but needs to be consumed outside of the user list is 100% an ITSM activity!

I second @Dave Mathijs (and not just because we're both Dave's) on:

  • Extension for JSM - the killer feature? Syncing JSM Orgs and Jira groups (which is less of a big deal now that later versions of JSM Data Center - 5.9 and onward - let you share requests with Jira groups!)
  • Rich Filters for Jira - on-demand, filter one or more dashboard gadgets. It's powerful for operational teams, and for reporting purposes.

And I'll add:

  • Refined for JSM - killer feature: permission individual sections of a Customer Portal to specific Jira groups. It's magical. Also make custom sections with custom content.
