Template of the Month ep. 1 – what issue templates are worth creating and using

What issue templates should you create to save your time? We have some ideas 💬

Jira issue templates can be a game-changer. Time-saving, productivity raising, less bargain on your shoulder. That’s why we’ve developed Issue Templates Agent 🔗https://bit.ly/issue_templates_agent . But that’s half of the way.

Have you ever wondered what kind of templates can be useful? You already have a tool, but you also should have an idea. 🧠
Don’t worry; we will cover you up with some really good ones. 😎

Template of the Month cycle is on 🚀 Stay tuned for a huge dose of inspiration. ✨

May we present the hero of this month:
👩🏻‍💻🧑‍💻 New employee onboarding template

People come and go, that’s a fact. Be always prepared for new employee onboarding and stop wasting time creating the same task for your team to be sure that the new employee has everything that is needed right away. The checklist is always a good idea, so let’s create an automated one.

Create an issue template and use it always during the onboarding time. Make sure that the computer will be ordered, papers signed on, and all accounts created.
Seems like lots of stuff to remember, but with templates, you don’t have to worry about it anymore. Prepare a template once, and use or update it when you want.

Take a look at our example. Who’s expecting a new employee? Try it out! 😊

Great article and great product, @Celina Kuziemko - Appsvio!

If someone wanted to take it to the next level, that table could be a checklist instead. More often than not they can be applied via templates, so it pairs really well with what you've shown us.

Thanks for sharing this!
