Hi Atlassian Community,
Many of you already use FigJam, Figma's online whiteboarding tool, to make meetings more engaging and fun. And now you can use the Jira widget in FigJam to make those team rituals more actionable too.
Discuss project work in the same place at the same time
Keeping project work on track takes participation from each person on a team. But as teams get larger and projects become more complex, people have less motivation to engage with the wider group.
The Jira widget for FigJam allows teams to review Jira projects as a team in a collaborative, shared space. Import Jira projects into a FigJam board and discuss upcoming tasks as a team. Add stamps or stickers, connectors between tasks, or the highlighter to add your own emphasis. You can even upvote, downvote, or flag the tasks you pull into FigJam which instantly updates those tasks in Jira.
Turn action items into tasks in a snap
Productive meetings often end with a solid list of action items. But turning each action item into a Jira task becomes time-consuming, especially after bug bashes, brainstorms, and meetings dedicated to crowdsourcing to-dos.
Move project work forward faster with the Jira widget, which quickly turns ideas shared in FigJam into Jora tasks. Select the stickies you need to follow up on, and click "Convert selected stickies into issues" on the Jira widget to instantly move them into Jira.
Try out the Jira widget for yourself in this playground file. Not a FigJam user? Try FigJam for free.
