Disclaimer: We know this might feel like old news since the Codegeist competition winners were announced two weeks ago, but with an exciting event happening tomorrow, we couldn’t resist revisiting it! The Challenge We Set Out to Solve

Every day, teams struggle with finding specific images - logos, banners, or product visuals - that end up scattered across different platforms.

Have you ever:

• Spent ages scrolling through Slack threads searching for an image someone shared weeks ago?

• Dug through endless Google Drive folders, only to realise the image wasn’t even there?

• Had teammates save important visuals on their personal desktops, making them nearly impossible to retrieve later?

Yeah… we’ve been there too. 😬

As Confluence users, we saw a major gap - there was no efficient way to store, organise, or retrieve images. Sure, you could attach them to pages, but there was no centralised, searchable image library.

• Metadata & Search – Leveraged Content Properties to store essential details like uploader, date, and camera model for quick filtering and searches.

• Built on Atlassian’s Forge – Ensuring secure, seamless integration with React and shadcn UI for a smooth user experience.
