🍂Apptoberfest 2023🍂 is two days away!

In case you missed it, last October the Atlassian Community hosted its second annual 🍻🍂Apptoberfest🍂🍻 which featured 55+ fun and creative app demos as part of a demo competition, numerous live virtual events, and weekly discussions.

Starting this Sunday, October 1st, 🍻🍂Apptoberfest🍂🍻 is back, which means a month of app-related fun in store right here in the App Central group! Throughout the month of October, we’ll be giving you lots of opportunities to engage with peers and partners on the subject of apps and integrations.

If you’ve ever wondered…

🤔 Which apps do other Atlassian admins and experts find the most useful (and why)?

🤔 Who are the teams behind your favorite apps?

🤔 How can you further customize your Atlassian products for your team?

… this is the event for you!

The most engaged Community members will get Apptoberfest swag 🎽 and an Apptoberfest Community badge 🏅

So, how can you get involved?

1 - Share your favorite app(s) and why in one of our weekly Apptoberfest discussions:

You’ll have weekly opportunities to learn about and share your experiences with apps and integrations that solve key challenges in Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Bitbucket. We’ll focus on these four categories:

• Apps for Admins (week of October 2nd)

• Apps for ITSM (week of October 9th)

• Apps for DevOps (week of October 16th)

• Apps for Business teams (week of October 23rd)

Keep an eye out for weekly prompts starting on Monday, October 2nd👀

2 - Vote on your favorite app demos:

Marketplace Partners are ready to share video demos of their apps for different types of teams and users as part of an 📹 App demo competition.

Vote for your favorite demo(s) in each of the four categories by liking the partner’s demo post! Winners will be announced at the end of Apptoberfest.

Plus, we’ve got swag codes for the 10 most engaged community members, so tune in, comment, like, and share your favorite apps and integrations for a chance to win!

As a non-Marketplace partner but power user of Confluence, Jira and Trello I am excited about Apptoberfest each year. There are so many new use cases and apps that can enhance the current environment that I discover each year.

We've been in the process of cleaning out the old and unused apps installed by previous admins to clear up some budget for new apps. I can't wait to see the favorite apps and all the demos.
