I agree with Jobin. This is how it was done for the Last Comment custom field plugin. That plugin adds a 'calculated field' which can be used in any filter to show what the plugin identified as the last (i.e. most recent) comment field. In your case, you could show the last "x" number of worklog dates.
Andrea, you can read these tutorials:

I know how to configure issue navigator and searches but "Worklog Dates" isn't a field that I can add.
I can add "sum of time spent", that is a similar information but I can't add "dates of time spent".
Thx

I'm with you Andrea. We need to be able to simply search for hours logged on a specific date and the built in JIRA reporting leaves much to be desired. This would be a simple research/report tool for us without having to buy yet another add-on. I would up-vote this if I could.

In order for the dates to appear in the issue navigator, they should be fields on the issue itself. You can create a custom field that holds the worklog dates if it is important for you to show those values.
For searching, you can write your own JQL functions to search on those values even if they are not fields on the issue.

I don't need other custom fields: I use startdate and timeworked fields in worklog table. I only need to show this fields in Column Navigator and make search with them.
Thx

What I was trying to say is, you won't be able to do it unless you add them as custom fields. That is the only option.
For searching as well, you either need to add custom fields or write custom JQL functions.
