Why can't I edit wiki markups?

Lissette Redensky March 30, 2015

A previously created page had wiki markups and I was able to edit the data in each markup but now it shows in a table format. How can I change it back to wiki markup format?

Hi Lisete,

This is actually a feature implemented in Confluence 4.x onwards and there are not expectations to return in the future. Maybe this plugin can help?

Cheers,

Rodrigo

Since Confluence 4.x, the Wiki Markup was deprecated, so that's probably why you can't see the Wiki Markup anymore.

Here you can see a more detailed information regarding this change.

Hope it helps!

Cheers,

Thank you Andre. How can I check which version of confluence I am running?

The version is at the bottom of each page in the wiki. Regards, Kay
