Using scriptrunner for confluence to update metadata for confluence fields value

We are using this 2 plugins for confluence:

• scriptrunner for confluence
• metadata for confluence

and we would like to know if it possible to update a metadata field value using script runner plugin?

It depends how the metadata field value is created. Is this a content property in a page?

is it possible in this case?
