Lively Blogs on Dashboard

I have Lively Blogs running on Dashboard and really happy with it. The only thing I want to do is restrict sight of these blogs on Dashboard from a small subset of users. Any ideas?

 Hi Richard,

I'm glad to hear that you like Lively Blogs  Unfortunately it is not possible to restrict the blog post macro on the dashboard at the moment, at least not with the build-in "Show blog posts on the Dashboard" setting. You could theoretically render the macro manually in the global decorator with "$livelyBlog.dashboardMacro" and build some logic around it, but I couldn't find an easy solution with the new decorator in 5.9. We will consider the restriction of the visibility as a new feature in a future release tho.
