Is it possible to add [client-]web-item to special place on page?

I am trying to add stash-web-item on page pull-request-diff.

But I couldnt correlate desirable place with any of [client-]-web-panels.

Desirable place`s classes:{ ... line -> add-comment-triger -> aui-icon aui-icon-small aui-iconfont-add-comment }.

If it is possible, tell me what [client-]web-section/panel is it?

Or, if not, what way to add [client-]web-item in such type of places on page?

You can find documentation on what web-items and client-web-items are in our documentation.

You are only able to inject web-items in the locations that are provided by the application - if you need a pluggable point somewhere else in the UI, you will need to raise a feature request at http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/STASH.

I have read these docs already, but it is not cover my problem.
