I am using Confluence 3.4.6. How do I change an English language string in Confluence? For example, I want to change:
Sorry, your username and password are incorrect. Please try again.
to
Sorry, your username and password are incorrect. Please try again. Your account will be locked out if you try too many times.
I can locate the French (confluence-fr_FR-plugin-1.23.1.jar) and Deutsch (confluence-de_DE-plugin-1.18.jar) language files in confluence\WEB-INF\classes\com\atlassian\confluence\setup\atlassian-bundled-plugins.zip. But I can't find the English one.

I'd recommend the method used here: Changing boilerplate text in Confluence
Also, this is essentially the same answer/question as:

Thanks. Found it in here: \confluence\WEB-INF\lib\confluence-3.4.6.jar\com\atlassian\confluence\core\ConfluenceActionSupport.properties.
