What task should I use to configure the release management plugin when setting up a new plan?

The documentation under
https://studio.atlassian.com/wiki/display/BRMP/Bamboo+Release+Management+Plugin+Best+Practices+Tutorial
is not adapted or doesn't refernce Bamboo 3.1
