I’m excited to be part of this group and wanted to share a little about myself.
I work in the ride-hailing industry, where I lead agile teams to help improve performance and delivery. I believe in fostering collaboration and creating environments where teams can thrive and innovate.
An antiquated way of working I’ve encountered is the reliance on outdated project management systems that don’t provide visibility or adaptability. I would love to see more companies embrace agile practices, using tools like Jira, to streamline workflows, improve transparency, and allow teams to make quicker decisions.
What I hope to gain from this group is the opportunity to learn from others’ experiences, exchange ideas, and grow together. In return, I hope to bring insights on agile methodologies, project management strategies, and team collaboration, especially for those navigating distributed team environments.
One of my favorite Jira tips is customizing filters and dashboards to improve visibility and help teams stay focused on their top priorities. It’s such a simple yet effective way to drive productivity and keep everyone aligned.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about learning and spending time on reading books, which helps me recharge and stay focused for all my professional challenges.
