×Hello community! Hope you’re all doing well~
When it comes to Agile and Scrum, every team applies them a little differently. Some follow a highly structured approach, while others are more flexible. Measuring how well these processes actually work can be tricky.
We came across an interesting way to evaluate Agile and Scrum maturity—using a psychometric-style questionnaire inspired by cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) models. The idea is to objectively assess where your team stands, identify gaps, and find areas for improvement. If you’re curious, feel free to check it out and see where your team stands: Survey (it’s in google forms since it’s a bit too long to paste here)
It would be great to hear what results you got—feel free to share them here so we can discuss! How do they align with your own experiences?
Hey @Frode Nilsen
Thanks for sharing!
How does your team usually respond to going through the checklist? Have you noticed any interesting discussions or insights come up?
This highlights that Scrum is a framework to help deliver business value, and actually provides for good practice rather than prescribing a rigid way of thinking that must be followed.
