How to create date field for each column of Kanban board?

I need to store the date of the changes in the kanban board for each stage (column), can it be done? How could I do this?

Example of how we do today in the company.

Boards are just a visualisation of issue searches - so the columns are based on statuses.

You could track the date each status change is made. I found three possible options on this answer which you could consider?
