trying to understand what data changes when toggling the "Line" in capacity settings

When using the capacity view in Jira Portfolio the underlying data that generates the Forecast Capacity metric changes when toggling the "Line" between "Global" and "Project".

When set to Global, the capacity graphs show Free capacity colored in light green.

When set to Project, the light green is missing.

See attached screenshots.

You will also see that the forecast capacity number changes for one of our teams (ReignQuotes).

Not changing anything else in the UI.

Just toggling between Project and Global in the capacity settings as shown in the screenshots..
