Where is the default estimate setting for the new view of advanced roadmaps?

Back in the Portfolio for Jira days we used to be able to set default estimates for un-estimated work items in the live plan.

This worked out great because all I did was take the cycle time from the control chart of the board issue source and plug that into the default estimate.  This gave us a reasonably accurate view of when we could get stuff implemented for kanban teams.

I don't see this feature anywhere in the new view. 

Am I missing something?
