Videos for non-agile projects using Portfolio?

My company purchased Portfolio before I was hired and I'm just coming up to speed with Jira and Confluence.  Now I'm starting to direct my attention to Portfolio for resource management.  While the development team is Agile and uses boards, the other projects do not, such as partner and client implementations.  Every video I've found emphasizes agile projects and their associated boards.  Since we also have a variety of non-agile projects , I would love to see a video that uses that approach.  If such a video exists, I haven't found it.  

Our plan is to use Portfolio for full resource management across our company, not just the agile development team, but with the focus of each video being agile teams and boards, it makes it difficult to relate.  I did sign up for the 10/24 Portfolio for Jira Demo that I'm hoping will help.
