I want to use Advanced Roadmaps Program View for visualizing my portfolio level.
Something like showed as the first picture on this documentation page.
I have 2 problems:
1) I created a test project. Added several Initiatives and Epics. Added couple Milestones as Releases. Created a Plan and connected this Plan to a Program view.
Problem is, I don't see my Milestones on Program view (these green dots shown in the picture). I see these in my Plan though.
What are criteria to see these Milestones/Releases?
2) We use roll-up for dates in Plan view. End date for an initiative calculated from child Epics. In the Plan view it's perfectly works. I can see my Initiative end date. It shows as a striped color fill.
Problem is, I don't see my Initiatives on Program view (schedule tab). I see these in Scope tab though.
Is it possible to see my Initiative on Schedule tab if these Initiatives have roll-up Start/End date?
What is the best practices for 1) and 2) ?
