JIRA administrator - full Plan permissions - Yes or No ?

Deleted user May 21, 2019

From my understanding, as JIRA administrator, I should have access to all Portfolio Plans.

This is also my view according to portfolio permissions:

This is my profile:

All are mapped as Portfolio administrator.

But several plans are set as Read only for me.

Is this the expected behaviour?

Truphone Sys Admin,

check to see if you can add yourself to all the plans. If not, request plan owners to add you.

Truphone Sys Admin,

Under permissions of the plan, you're not an editor but a viewer. That is why you have read-only access. In order to change that, you'd need to be a added as an Editor under permissions of the plan.

Hi,

As administrator I need to have full access to all Portfolio Plans.

Your option is to requet to board owner to add me as admin. I need to have this option by default.
