JIRA Portfolio autoscheduler schedules a year in the future

The portfolio auto-schedule feature starts scheduling tasks a year in the future, we have releases and a team setup.  Any thoughts on why and how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated?

Hey Alex,

There could be a number of factors at play here. Are you saying that there are no issues scheduled until a year in the future?

Could you create a support ticket at https://getsupport.atlassian.com?
That way we can provide you with support specific to your circumstances and with higher security.
