Is this roadmap view available in Portfolio for Jia Cloud version?

Is the following view with calendar and dependencies available for the Portfolio Cloud version?  I can't find this view.

Hi Calvin,

At this time no, the New planning experience is only avaliable in Jira Server.

However, this is discussed in a bit more detail in the comments on the following Portfolio 3.0 announcement discussion for the release of the Server/DC platform Versions, but we do have some major upcoming changes for the cloud platform and portfolio to address this but there is not any ETA or outline of any the features coming about with the updates yet, but portfolio is going to be updated and bundled into Jira Software Premium, check out comment from our Jira Cloud Product Manager (Jake  Apr 20, 2019) here:

As noted he is encouraging users of portfolio to sign up for the EAP to take a look at the features and provide feedback and help define the product design elements and feature set.
