Is core Jira limited to showing one Portfolio Team value?

Hello:  We have issues at Portfolio level that are tied to multiple teams, but only one of the teams are showing at the Jira level.  Is this expected behavior?  Thanks

I did some tests in my instance, and the only teams I can see as suggestion values for the Team field in Jira are the ones that I've created in the Shared Teams in Portfolio.

For plan-specific teams, I can't find them in Jira, I only see a Plan-specific team value in Team field.

So, in case this missing team is a Plan-specific team, indeed, this is expected behavior.
